This singer/songwriter has produced two amazing projects, Spirit Rain and Cedar Dream Songs, which exemplify his artistry by blending the Native American and western folk/blues traditions into something wholly new. Cedar Dream Songs brought Bill nationwide recognition by winning the 2008 Grammy Award for Best Native-American Recording.
