Our community is rich with interesting history, stories and a great way of life! The lifestyle we are so fortunate to share in small-town Southern Minnesota isn’t easily found in much of our country. We often hear laments that our way of life in rural America is dying. Perhaps a better way of viewing this is to say that our way of life is merely changing. Our goal needs to be one of embracing these changes, while still maintaining the sense of who we are. We can do this by remembering our past and the good old days as we understand the now while we are creating our future. How can this best be done?
We have developed a cable-television program and website that serve as the forums from which you can gather information that has happened and is happening in our community. The only reason people believe nothing is happening is they are not aware of what is happening. We believe Our Story will make a difference in how we look at ourselves.
