About Our Story Productions
Founded in 2007, Our Story Productions is a multimedia company primarily involved in the production and distribution of television programming focused on life in the Midwest. Each of our 60-minute programs is aired on cable TV stations to over 1.4 million households in 43 counties in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and South Dakota. We also publish a magazine called The Road to OUR STORY that is distributed throughout those states (what we call “OUR STORY Country”) at Chamber of Commerce offices, businesses, libraries and many other venues as well as on our website at www.ourstorymn.com. In the magazine, we feature articles ranging from informative profiles of OUR STORY Country businesses and spotlighted communities to entertaining glimpses of our TV programs and the “behind-the-scenes fun” the over 52 OUR STORY volunteers have in making everything in fictional “Sweet Swine County” seem “real” for our viewers!
